Our Investment Banking team is focused on serving the financial and advisory needs of Canadian mid-market growth companies in market sectors covered by our equity research team. With over 340 investment banking professionals globally, we are committed to establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with our corporate clients. Once a deal has been finalized, we continue to provide business and financing advice. We offer a complete range of equity capital markets services with strong expertise in public offerings, private placements, and syndication. Our advisory services include mergers and acquisitions advice and execution, fairness opinions and valuations, as well as restructuring and reorganization services.
Our Canadian team of 38 investment banking professionals is active in raising equity capital for our clients. In the past 12 months, we have been involved in over 82 transactions, 12 as lead or co-lead manager, representing gross proceeds of more than $13.3 billion, not including structured products.
